FAQs
If you have any questions about my jewellery then this is a good place to start.
How is your jewellery made?
All of my designs start with an original illustration. Each piece is laser etched and cut in sustainable birch plywood which is then intricately hand painted, varnished and made into jewellery.
Do you do commissions?
I’m sorry but I am not able to take on commissions. There just aren’t enough hours in the day unfortunately!
How should I look after my jewellery?
Following these tips will help to keep your jewellery looking lovely
- Avoid contact with water. Remove before showering / bathing etc.
- Remove before sleeping.
- Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery.
- Try to avoid using hairspray near your jewellery as this could make it sticky.
- It is best not to leave your jewellery in direct sunlight. To keep it looking its best store in a box, pouch or in a drawer.
Do you do repairs?

What kind of metal do you use?
The earring posts and backs are silver plated. The chains I use for my necklaces are an alloy that are nickel safe.
Can you track my order?
Your order can only be tracked if a tracked delivery option was chosen when your order was placed. If you chose this option then your tracking number will be in your dispatch email (these sometimes find their way into your junk folder) If you haven’t received it drop me an email and I’ll be happy to help.
