About your order
All pieces are handmade to order. It can take between 2 – 5 working days before your jewellery is dispatched. If you need it by a specific date please contact me before ordering or leave me a note at the checkout.
Sent first class with Royal Mail and should arrive within a few days once your order has been made and sent. If you would like your order to be trackable please select this option at the checkout.
International orders will usually take between 5 – 14 days to reach you. Please allow 3 weeks for your order to arrive before getting in touch. If you would like your order to be trackable please select this option at the checkout. If this option isn’t selected there will no way to track your parcel.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges out of my control. The customer is always responsible for these fees.
Your order will come beautifully packaged. I will happily include a message for a gift recipient upon request. If your order is a gift and you would like discreet packaging (unbranded) please select this option at the checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you should wish to return an item within the 30 days please get in touch using the contact page. You will need to let me know your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Personalised products can not be returned unless faulty. Refunds/exchanges will not be given on personalised items that include spelling/grammer mistakes by the customer.
If you are shipping items that come to £50 or over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will arrange a refund for you (excluding delivery fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
Please retain your PayPal confirmation email as this acts as your receipt.
