About your order
All pieces are handmade to order. It can take between 3 – 7 working days before your order is dispatched. If you need your order by a specific date please contact me before ordering and I will let you know if this is possible.
Standard delivery charge for UK orders is £1.50. They are sent first class with Royal Mail and should only take a day or two to arrive once it has been sent. You will receive a shipping notification by email to let you know when your order has been sent (please check your junk folder as they sometimes end up in there!)
In some cases it can take a bit longer (especially during busy times of the year such as Christmas). If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days please get in touch. If you would like your order to be trackable please contact me before ordering and I will adjust the postage cost for you.
International delivery will cost £10.00. Orders are sent with Royal Mail’s trackable service and will usually take between 5 – 14 days to reach you. There have been some long delays recently due to the pandemic so please allow 4 weeks for your order to arrive before getting in touch. You will receive a shipping notification by email to let you know once your order has been sent, and a separate email containing your tracking number. Your order can be tracked on the Royal Mail website.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges out of my control. The customer is always responsible for these fees.
Your order will come beautifully packaged. I will happily include a message for a gift recipient upon request. If your order is a gift and you would like discreet packaging (unbranded), please leave me a note at the checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you should wish to return an item within the 30 days please get in touch using the contact page. You will need to let me know your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping items that come to £50 or over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will arrange a refund for you (excluding delivery fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
Please retain your PayPal confirmation email as this acts as your receipt.
